We reflect on the act of creating architecture and the process of continuing to create it.
We explore forests and timber; traditional techniques such as plastering; the restoration of historic buildings; and companies engaged in craftsmanship.
Rather than viewing materials, artisans, techniques, and companies as separate entities, we study the relationships among them through the actual process of craftsmanship.
